I took this for 1 year between blood tests. I didn't make many diet changes although I switched from heavy cream in my coffee to half & half, and less butter overall. I also started Dr. Berg's vitamin D supplement but no idea if that contributed. I was doing keto/carnivore and my LDL was really high. I wasn't really concerned because everything else was great but I started adding these and also the Garlique for blood pressure. I took one of each daily and that's not the recommendation but was my own decision. No other changes really and I remained moderately active the whole time period. My cholesterol went from 281 to 180 in 12 months. Again, I was active and I ate a low carb high fat diet. I did reduce the fat. Also note there that healthy lifestyle was a constant. This isn't a miracle supplement. No side effects. Small, easy to swallow, no smell, burps, stomach upset. Excellent product.

I decided to use natural supplements rather than medicines to deal with my cholesteral. The last time I went to my doctor he said the numbers had come down a little bit. I will keep using and would recommend.
