Easy set up with a great picture. Only wish it had a higher volume. I've put on the highest volume setting, the camera is set about 6 feet from bed and still can barely hear sounds. Very poor sound quality.

Video is awesome! Clear picture. I love the speaker. I can hear my mom clearly and she can hear me. Its great! Baby monitors are hard to hear each other clearly. Worth every penny!!

Keeps disconnecting from base

Great view on using this item. I could keep tabs on my mom as she had a stroke. You can talk to your person through it as long as the camera is close enough they should be able to hear the best. No wifi needed which is great.

I really enjoy this product! It was suggested by my sister who also has one. I borrowed hers for a bit to see if I’d like it before I bought my own and boy was it worth it! I wanted to make sure I had a screen, temperature gauge, and alert to sound. I got all of my requests in this! It is convenient to take care of elderly parents.

So I bought this back on 04/11/2025 and I have had nothing but issues with it. I purchased this to monitor my mother who has dementia and for the first 5 months it was used maybe a total of 2 or 3 weeks since she was in and out of the hospital and rehab so I didn’t notice many issues and missed the return window. So here are some of the issues we have noticed, the camera and monitor will randomly stop working and you need to unplug them to reset it, the sound quality on the camera crackles and is not very loud making it hard for anyone in the room to hear you. While the picture quality is okay for the most part the monitor will get up and down lines running thru it from time to time. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it.
