Any scratch or prints on the plastic causes a place for the light to focus which then mars the image.When produced plastic shavings from cutting not fully removed .. any trapped under the temp transit film covering will pit surface and/or be stuck to the cloudy residue left.. as with fingerprints do not attempt to remove the shavings or clean residue off it does not show when light is on and you will destroy the 3d effect of the itemEssentially once assembled, you must never clean or touch anything except the base ever again. ### ⭐ Broke in 3 days *by K***J on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2018* I just gave it to my son 3 days ago and the connector inside the base of the light already broke.
