We were able to verify that it was a manufacturer related issue and they sent me a replacement battery. Dyson is working great now and I am relieved to get some more life out of the vacuum. Original Post: This was a great battery when I first bought it as it fit my Dyson perfectly. I followed the instructions to extend battery life that were provided which I felt were a great touch and it has officially died and is non responsive after only 10 months. I definitely expected this battery to last longer than that.
