Decent light board, mount sucks so I glued a MagSafe magnet to the back of it and used a MagSafe tripod to stand it up on its own. I wish the light was brighter but it’s capable of getting the job done

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Bought this light Jan 29th- used it 3 times and it broke off, fell down and doesn’t work. Absolutely not worth it. It’s march 1st today and can’t even return this item. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to keep buying a new one every month.

I had purchased another cheap version of this type of light before, but the articulated arm was terrible and the light was barely visible. This is at least an improvement over that. The arm is of better quality and holds its shape, and the light output is a bit better as well. I'm sure it would be much more useable in a darkened garage though. Also, I've seen complaints about the battery not working - you have to peel off the plastic wrapping!

Very fast shipping. Double boxed. Works as designed. Other say the three-level light isn't that bright. If you are not working in direct sunlight, you won't need the light on. The reflection of the lines on the vehicle will be more than enough to see the dent imperfections. Comes with a high-capacity 18650 rechargeable battery that you can recharge when you plug the unit into any USB power supply. Unit is made of lightweight plastic but feels durable. Easy to install and use. A cost-effective solution to see a dent and remove it. Unit is about the size of a large tablet and is easy to manipulate. A good choice for your dent removal needs.

For the price it is pretty good. The arm is stiff since it seems to be more of metal bar that can bend. Also recommend cleaning the suction cup off with rubbing alcohol since it has a sticky residue on it. Thought I had a dead battery like other reviews but finally looked at the bottom under direct light and noticed it was covered with clear plastic. It was so shrink wrapped on, it wasn’t visible even on the positive side of battery that sticks up. Once removed it worked and charged.
