I even used it on my hallway carpet as had a runner which had been stuck down with huge sticky pads. Just put a small amount over the sticky bits, left for a little while & it just completely rubbed of. Highly recommend. **Q: I have removed some very old sticky back plastic from a window but the sticky residue remains.
