Very nice with ICE.
Going through a rough time at the moment and got this because I’m rubbish at my diet just as substitute and make sure I don’t dry up and blow away. Banana is really nice. Especially if kept in the fridge and with ice added. I was gonna make banana milkshake out of them but having looked this up, I understand it’s better to get vanilla ensure and then liquidise that with banana so I’ll do that next time.

Fantastic product to build up weight
My husband was looseing too much muscle and weight, due to an accident. He had no appetite, so with the help of this product and added vanilla ice cream, he has recovered. And is now on the road to recovery, after purchasing this for 6 months X 2 each day. It did cost a fortune, but it's built him back to health. No thanks to his GP, who would not give this on prescription, he is after all 73 years old. Paid taxes all his life, and still is, because of a private pension.
