You cannot fit this light without buying a separate back -piece on which to fit it. This is not apparent until the light arrives and you discover that it is impossible to fit without it. It is non-standard UK wiring, with black, white and green leads. Gave up in the end and bought a much simpler light to fit that required nothing additional and with standard UK wiring. Best avoid this!

These are solid motion sensor lights that are a great value for the price. There is easy to set up as any hardwired light and have a solid functionality. They do pick up motion very well and provide an effective and amount of light for the size. Highly recommended

A great L.E.D. security/ Motion light. I had no trouble installing, and the light is MUCH brighter than my older incandescent one was. Motion and Timer functions work flawlessly so far. The only caveat I have was that the light I replaced had a higher-depth mounting base, to contain the electrical wire nuts after mounting. This light sits almost flush, and is made to mount on an electrical box. I made it work by sawing out some more space where my wiring came out thru the wood over my garage door, to make space for the wire nuts. I don't leave the light on all night, though I do find the 'On at dusk' function to be helpful for me. Our light is on a switch, so if we're going out in the afternoon and will return after dark, I just turn the switch on. and the light comes on at dusk... it's a handy feature.

Nice product. Works perfectly and easy to install and set up. Has a nice white and bright LED light.

This is the 3rd Lutec light I have purchased the initial two were for the back of our property and had higher Lumens than this last purchase which was placed at our front entrance they are quite bright which I prefer and give good coverage of our property. The first two have been working for over a year now and there has been no issues to this point.

After reading the customer reviews of "countless' outdoor LED motion security lights at Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Rona, and Amazon, I became very disheartening. It seemed the pursuit of quality workmanship was a lost cause. However, the "LUTEC 32W 3500 Lumen LED Security Lights Motion Sensor Light Outdoor, 5000K Daylight" was installed at my doorway almost 2 years ago and continues to work flawlessly. Great area coverage, illumination, and sensitivity. A happy customer.
