Sound quality greatly improved/cleared up from the original 80's release CD. Contains nice color-photo booklets with song lyrics & other information, and the case is a slip-on with a very aesthetically pleasing re-done album cover. This version comes with a 2nd/bonus CD containing a bunch of live performances of various "Appetite" songs as well as most of the songs from the "Lies" album - kind of like a 2-for-1. Definitely worth buying this if you're a GNR fan.
