Took less than 5 minutes to setup on my Zigbee with Home Assistant and Z2MQTT. I setup the SNZB-03P motion sensor on my freezer in the garage and now I control my light whenever I get near it. I have no issues and appears to work each time. A simple, smart, and great product. CON: The sensor is magnetically attached to it mount so it can be knocked off or moved out of position if place in a reachable location. Now we'll see how long the battery will truly last.

Great little motion sensors I run with home assistant. Though this last one I ordered failed in less than a year and I have had one other die on me in the past. The actual device is faulty and will not report. The batteries still had most their life left and I even still swapped the battery to check. It starts as periodic reporting as unavailable, then it just doesn't respond. After a reset it reports, then dies again and I assume it will just fully die after a bit. Though I still buy them... (I am running about 10 total, so I know this isn't normal, though 2 of 12 failing on me isn't great either.)

The very first impression it is is tiny. When I first got is I thought Amazon had sent only one, but is was in fact a pair. Considering it's size detects motion at a good range and angle. Two of them cover about 95% of my 650sqft garage and the blind spots are more due to obstacles (shelves) than motion detection. Easy to add to zigbee2mqtt (and Home Assistant). Can't really say much about durability and battery life other it still shows battery at 100% after 2 months in use.

The functionality loss of SNZB-03P is due to poor Zigbee signal. This device is highly rated and matched to a NSPanel Pro system. My performance issues start at 10 feet. A Signal loss is TOTALLY unacceptable. I conclude with an opinion; the magnet mounting protocol is affecting the signal system. TOTALLY dissatisfied. My IoT is 80+ SONOFF devices strong.

These paired easily with my USB Zigbee adapter working with Home Assistant. I've been using them for about a week now, primarily has an indoor motion sensor for my Home Assistant self done alarm system. One of these is in a location that can see indirect even sunlight, and that certainly appears to have an effect. Over the week that I've used it, I've had about 15 false positive motion detections. We have no pets, and nobody was home at the time so I know they were false positives. The only thing I can think of that would have set it off is sun coming in the window to the side. The first day it happened once, then two days later it had about 15 false motion detections in about 5-10 minutes, all at the same time of day as the first one. I've marked it down to 2 stars because of the false positives. I have 6 other PIR sensors around the house and this is the only one with a false positive, and some of the others also see morning or evening sunlight. If it wasn't for the false positives I would give this 5 stars. It was by far the easiest of all the sensors I have to pair with my network. I'll come back and update this review if anything changes. I'll be especially interested in link quality and reliability (which so far is good), and battery life over time.

Ils sont faciles à installer avec Home Assistant, et configurables. Ils font parfaitement leur travail, mieux que ceux de Hue je trouve. À noter que ça ne remplacera jamais un détecteur de présence, mais ceux-ci sont parfaits pour les couloirs, escaliers, ou pièces où l'on est en mouvement comme une cuisine.

Ich habe zuerst die Bewegungsmelder von Ikea (Vallhorn) ausprobiert und war damit gar nicht zufrieden. Sie aktivieren spät und manchmal gar nicht. Diese hier von Sonoff hingegen sind hervorragend. Sie lösen schnell aus und erkennen zuverlässig Bewegungen. Die Montage ist hervorragend gelöst: der Kopf hängt an einem Magneten und somit kann man den Bewegungsmelder sehr einfach neu positionieren. Tolles Produkt und unschlagbar in der Preis-Leistung.

Kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Der Bewegungsmelder sitzt magnetisch auf seinem Fuß und kann flexibel gedreht werden. Wir nutzen den Melder in Verbindung mit Homeassistant auf unserer Treppe und er funktioniert zuverlässig.

I ordered these Sonoff Sensors to implement into my home assistant setup. The sensors were immediately recognised by the sonoff zigbee 3.0 plus dongle and added to my HA setup. The sensors work great with Alarmo. The sensors were much smaller than I anticipated. They work very well and the sensitivity is high, so much so that my robot vacuum cleaner set these off in the middle of the night. They are also not pet friendly, my dogs were easily detected by each of these sensors. I have had to angle these up towards the ceiling in order that they do not catch the floor area, thus moving them out of the range of my dogs and vacuum. Even though they are pointed upwards they do still detect a human presence which is great, the issue is the range is just not as good now. The sensors can be attached by magnet to a metal base or by the included 3m sticker, or with plain old wall screws. In summary for a home without pets or robots these would work great, either as an alarm sensor or as a PIR for lighting ect. ZHA does not allow the changing of the cooldown time, so you are stuck with 60 seconds. There is a workaround available however this did not work for me, and no matter how much i tried to reprogramme the cooldown time in ZHA the controller failed to write the new parameters. One other thing of note is that the motion sensor sensor in ZHA is always 'detected' so you can not use this, however the 2nd entity exposed is occupancy, this is what you use when implementing to ZHA.
