Review: Insane! - I saw this extract and thought it be fun to video me and my 2 buds trying a tooth pick size amount. I knew it was hot and the obvious warnings were apparent. BUT I did not know I would cleanse my body with this demon. The first 30 seconds was a calm and pleasing taste.. 60 seconds in was unbearable. It was as if cutting your tongue with a box cutter and lord forbid it reaches the back of your throat in that time. 5 minutes in your looking for dairy products. 10 minutes in you start panicking because it keeps getting hotter. 15 minutes in it finally cools down.. Friend 1 immediately started gagging. Myself and friend 2 were choking profusely. Friend 1 ran back into the kitchen and got the extract in his eye. I almost peed myself and friend 2 nearly passed out. Friend 1 after 10 minutes was about to throw up in his sink while i was drinking milk i ended up spitting the milk out in friends 1 face WHILE he was throwing up in said sink at the same time.. This extract is insanely hot and very oily and should always be wearing gloves when handling this sauce. After the baptism I was left with a blister on my lip and a swollen throat. Terrible experience but worth it in the end.
Review: Literally, Hot as Hell - I didn't purchase this for foods, though it is far hotter that the #4 sauce (this is ranked #3), and is far less expensive that any of the others. I will put a single drop into a gallon of boiling water, allow to cool, then spray onto vegetable and fruit tree leaves, preventing the insects from dining. The potion is absorbed into the plant but not into the produce. Last year a neighbor stole all of my purple bell peppers, among other things. This season, I will place a single drop into one of these peppers. With luck, the individuals will rub their eyes when cutting what they stole.... Either way when they eat these, they will experience a new level of misery. Yeah, I have a mean streak.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Several questions, 1) best way to heat it before use? 2) best way to store? 3) can this cause skin burns? 4) best way to dilute it down a little?**
A: I've used extracts regularly for years! Here is a little more info.1: Heat it by placing in the whole bottle in front of a small space heater for 10 minutes, or by letting the bottle sit in warm water inside a plastic bag if you don't want the label ruined. It doesn't need to be hot, just warmed up to become completely liquid. Don't microwave. You should definitely heat it before use, whether that use is to have fun using it directly or to use as an additive. If you don't heat it before using, it coagulates and the strongest parts of the capsaicin are locked inside with lesser gel outside, whereas if its liquid, its easy to gently swirl and mix it up, and it dilutes better.2: No need to refrigerate, but it is best kept in a cool dry place. This bottle will easily stay good and retain its heat for 10 years or more.3: No. It hurts, but it cannot cause actual chemical skin burns unless you use a very large amount on your skin for a very long time. The effect of capsaicin is temporary and will fade away after a short while. If you get it on particularly sensitive skin (maybe because you forgot to thoroughly wash your hands before using the bathroom?) the burning sensation can last for hours, or a couple days if you don't properly clean it off.5: To dilute it down, you can add it in its warmed up state directly to hot foods such as a pot of chili and stir thoroughly. It does not mix well at all when cold. To make sauces, or to dilute it for testing purposes, it mixes very well with alcohol and/or vinegar.

**Q: I have been eating this everyday for a month. What should my next bottle of hot sauce be?**
A: Go to www.extremefoods.com in there reserves section you will find halloween 2015 reserve which has capsicum crystals that are 16 mil scoville

**Q: Is this really $80 sauce ..please help me understand**
A: This is the 2nd or 3rd hottest thing on the planet. Your average bottle of Tabasco sauce at around $5.00 is around 3000-5000 Scoville heat units. This is 9 million Scoville heat units. When you do the math, it's actually quite a bargain.

**Q: It says, "...warm bottle to 140℉ to be able to remove the pepper extract from the bottle". Well, what is the proper way to heat up the bottle??**
A: I would warm it in hot water

*by D***J on February 4, 2025*

This is the hottest sauce I have ever tried it is about as thick as syrupand it doesn't have much of a smell but it packs a punch after daring my friends to try a bit on a toothpick I used it to spice up soup with just a very small amount and it tastes great hope this review helps anyone on the fence just be aware this stuff is extremely spicy DO NOT handle bare handed.
