Great product, giving the snare drum a rich deep tone

Excellent snare wires and a good price.

Finally replaced the knackered original pearl snare wires on my kit and after some research, ordered this. Very clean sound and can be tuned to incredibly high sensitivity for ghost notes etc. had a little issues with buzzing when hitting the toms, but the addition of an Evans drum ring on the snare head eliminated it all. Would recommend, makes your snare sound 10 times better.

Puresound snares really do make a difference. eliminating s lot of snare buzz, giving a nice clear sound. Less wires, more drum sound. would recommend if you want to have a go at improving drum sound. worked on my old Rogers a treat. good seller.

The soldered wires under the end-caps are very sharp, so I took them down a bit with an emery board and then put a few coats of 'Hard-as-nails' nail polish/lacquer over them. Now they're totally smooth and will not damage the snare reso head. Not quite long enough for a Pearl Free-Floater, but it will do if it has one of the mark one or two snare mechs that allow the snares to rest against the head at right angles. Make sure you smooth of the sharp bits though or it will trash your head.

Franchement, c'est un timbre de caisse claire. Pour faire la différence entre celui là ou un autre (moins cher) faut déjà avoir beaucoup (beaucoup) d'oreille...

Lo ammetto: dopo quasi trent’anni che suono la batteria non ho mai dato la giusta importanza alla cordiera. O meglio... Ho sempre pensato che un buon suono di cordiera dipendesse unicamente dal saperla regolare alla perfezione, al di là della qualità che potesse avere. Beh, è di certo importante ma mi sbagliavo alla grande. Mi sono imbattuto in diversi video che tessevano le lodi di questa marca, quindi ho ceduto e l’ho provata. Formidabile! Questa cordiera fa davvero la differenza! La cosa più sorprendente è la capacità di vibrare davvero ad ogni dinamica, quindi anche con le gost mantiene presenza e definizione. Quindi se la pensate come l’ho sempre pensata io, provatela e cambierete opinione, ve lo garantisco.
