**Q: Will this adapter work with diagonal dropouts?**
A: The short answer is yes but depending on the frame manufacturer and the type of metal used, you may have to modify a little. My dropout are aluminum and the braking power wanted to open the dropout. I added a support plate to prevent it and it now works fine.
