And, it does that well. The box provides a steady and solid lighting when placed overhead, and it allows me to shoot product photos at any time of the day - whether it is day or night. Reading some of the other reviews, I have to wonder if we all purchased the same thing. My issue (and the reason for 4 stars) is that there were no set up instructions provided so I had to figure that out on my own. It didn't take me forever, but it did take a fair amount of time. Everything listed in the description was included: 1 Photography Softbox Light Holder with 23.6*23.6 Inch Softbox Reflector, 1 78" Light Stand Tripod, 2 85W Energy Saving Photo lamps Bulbs, 2 Sandbags, and a carrying bag. I didn't get, and was not expecting any backdrops or other items to be included. I would absolutely purchase this again if I needed a second light. Review: Great stand , bad light - Light is kind of cheap , but the boom stand is nice
