How long can it be stored in the fridge after opening? Can it be frozen to last longer? Thanks!

There is an expiration date on the jar, but as with most perishable items once opened it should be consumed sooner. Hard to say exactly, but I've used mine within 2 months after opening and seemed to be fine. As far as freezing I would not recommend freezing in the glass jar as these tend to shatter when frozen. I supposed you could move this to a different container to freeze it. These are small jars and you get about 3 uses of 2 tablespoons each.

Squid ink is a very stable product. I've kept some in the fridge for months and it's just fine. I've never frozen it, but I'm sure it would be fine to do so.
