Its pectin. However I have no idea how to compare this to pectin that requires sugar. So pay attention to what youre doing and what you need this for.

Reliable even with sugar substitute

I used this for a batch of orange marmalade and it set beautifully!

It gets the job done, but it’s not the best I’ve used. It works well for making jams and jellies without added sugar, but the texture can be a bit inconsistent at times. The instructions could be clearer, and it may take some trial and error to get the perfect set. Overall, it’s an okay option if you're looking for a no-sugar pectin, but there might be better alternatives out there.

Dissolves completely. Great in homemade jellies and jams

I love ball pectin it’s the only brand I use.

My family is trying to keep sugar to a minimum. Homemade freezer jam made with this is guiltless. The jam tastes great and we actually never really liked the overly sweet regular jam made with regular pectin.

I find that this pectin works very well being as I can no longer get the pectin I used to buy. This pectin allows you to use as much or as little sugar, or even a sugar substitute, in any homemade jams and jellies. Excellent product!

I had made grape jelly and it hadn’t set. I ordered this product and it rebooked the jelly and it set really nice. It worked great.

Very easy to use

The no sugar pectin worked perfectly for making jam and jelly using Splenda instead of sugar. You can use no sweetner as well. It took a little longer to set up but no big deal.

My favorite pectin! I make all my jams with it and I love how I can have less sugar in my jam and it still sets up perfectly. I have been using it for 2 years now and it is the only pectin I buy.
