What a great product, it really does the trick. Comes with a little instruction leaflet, not that its needed as it fairly obvious what to do with it but helpful for some. I Draped it around my neck and shoulders and it was so cooling and refreshing. My son tried it out too and wore it as a bandana, much more cool than in his mumIt did become warmer after around 15/20 mins or so but I just removed it gave it a shake out and it became cooler again. One review I read before making a purchase mentioned how it becomes smelly after a few uses and putting it back in the tube provided to fester. Personally at the end of each day I would wash it out, just a little tip as it is machine washable, but you could hand wash it too it wouldn't take long to dry out again.
