BSEED Touch Light Switch 2 Gang 2 Way, Tempered Glass Panel Light Switches with LED Indicator, Black Touch Sensitive Light Switch-No Neutral Wire

I ordered 2 of these , 1 arrived in 2 days, the other 2 weeks. They work great, but they should have arrived together. So the spark had to make 2 visits.

I purchased 2 switches a 2gang 2way and a 1 gang 2way. A few pointers when installing the 2 gang switch will fit a 25mm back box but is a extremely tight fit so use a deeper box, the I gang will fit a 25mm box easily. Ease of wiring was straight forward and switches paired with each other straight away. I side I have controlling a 1way circuit by not using the live on only the switch wire The switches work very well but 1 of mine seems to sensitive the switch will activate a fraction before you touch it and the activate when you do touch it, a nuisance if you have a smart light as it will put into set up mode. But apart from that they are smart, easy to fit the instructions are also easy to follow plus they are good value. Edit....i have been.using it for over a week now but I switch is now not staying on, and turns straight off, I have contacted Bseed but they have not bothered to answer I will now have to buy another to fit before I can remove the faulty one...customer service dosen't appear to be very good. I have now fitted another one and that does the same can't understand why..

Doesn't work in a 2-way mode without an external capacitor - had to return

Beautiful clean design easy to install nice illumination from the tactile switches themselves but bare in mind it's not a smart light it's a standard light with a very polished modern design

Firstly I would like to say that we have received a lot of positive comments on the switches, they look great and work well on 2 way lights on 1 loop, and 1 way. However, the 2 gang 2 way switches do not work when the lights are on 2 separate loops (we used all compatible BSEED switches) . Two independent electricians have tried and failed to get the switches to work. We contacted BSEED who sent replacement internal workings but these also did not work. Unfortunately we have therefore spent a small fortune on trying to get the switches to work. So if you are using for 2 way, please check with your electrician if the lights are on two loops and if they are, please consider buying an alternative product.

I fitted a two gang two way for up and down lights downstairs. Then fitted a 1 gang two way upstairs but upstairs light will not turn off or on from downstairs. Do I need to fit another two gang two way upstairs to match downstairs ?

I have changed the majority of switches in my house to bseed touch switches, unfortunately the 2way switches will just not work with each other, I have treble checked my lighting plate wiring ( I’m an electrician), I have tried pairing the switches using the method recommended, as a double gang switch they are ok but sadly not for 2way switching, sent back for refund

Le tactile n’a pas fonctionné correctement.

J'ai commandé 6 doubles va et vient. J'ai bien reçu la commande. J'ai fait un montage sur l'établi afin de vérifier les connexions et surtout le fonctionnement. Mais il n'y a rien qui fonctionne et j'y ai passé des heures. le schéma est faux. ça fonctionne bien comme interrupteur normal mais absolument pas comme va et vient. J'ai déjà acheté des interrupteurs USB et je suis très satisfait. Par contre je regrette cet achat et d'avoir payé autant d'argent pour un produit qui ne fais pas ce qu'il doit. Aurait-il quelqu'un qui puisse m'expliquer le fonctionnement svp. Merci

A veces falla el segundo botón. Por el precio esperaba más.
