These steaks were fantastic quality, and if you know how to cook steaks (I hope if you're buying this quality of a steak you have some knowledge) they are out of control good. Some kosher salt a bit of pepper and a butter/garlic/thyme basting cooked medium rare on cast iron and you're in for an unforgettable experience.
