No need to push any button. After pairing well, it's full duplex talk. 3 people talk and listen at the same time.

I simply cannot get these paired up. Watched u tube video etc. How do I contact the seller?

what is the range of the system?

Hi, This referee headset normally can reach about 400~800m distance. The environments may affect this referee headset distance. Many referee associations use this referee headset for games. So no need to worry about the distance.

Do i need to do the set up every time before I used them?

Hi, yes, need to pair each time. But the pairing steps for this referee headset is very easy, once you know this, it will be very easy. 2 munites normally is ok. :) There is turn off button on each pc referee headset. And to power on, press the referee headset rider button for 5~8seconds is ok.
