I am female with size 7 to 7.5 shoe size. As these are listed in men's sizes, what size will I need in this style of fin?

I am a 7 to 7.5 women’s and I bought the EU 37/38 and they fit perfectly.

Using a measuring tape, my foot is 9.5 but I can wear between 8 - 9 shoe....What is suggested?

My advice is order two sizes with free returns and return one

How long on the fins?

20 1/4 inches heel to tip for size US 4/5 (EU 37/38).

Do these stretch at all? These are a hair snug and I can lightly feel the hard plastic pressing on my foot,Im concerned will become problem long use.

They hold there form pretty well it seems. I've done 4, week long trips and they feel the same. Maybe return if you can for next size up and then get lycra socks or divers socks to make up any difference the other way. I love the fins. This is my 6th pair of fins and these Cressis are my favorite. They are light but give me good propulsion.
