All 5 boards are precisely and equally trimmed, but to 180x119mm, not 180x120mm as advertised. Otherwise, the boards appear to be completely flat. Thickness is correct at 1.5 mm. Material appears to be FR-4 (not phenolic, anyway). The copper surface is very clean, with only superficial blemishes, and one scratch about 5mm long near the edge of one board. Deducted 1 star for the 119mm and the one scratch.

For the price this cant be beat. Great deal if you don't mind a few scuffs and scratches on the copper layer. I won't be using this for power electronics circuits but for simple logic circuits it will work fine.
