I know there are bleach free colour removers so assumed this was one. Imagine my surprise when I pick up the sachet to immediately feel that it is a powder not cream. It says on the back of the pack to mix with developer. There is no mention of the requirement of a separate product required to make this product useable. I did not want to buy bleach which is why I opted for this product. So I am left with two sachets of this product that I have been falsely sold that I cannot use. I dye my hair a lot with bright colours, while they often fade, with my most recent blue colour there were a few parts that were still a strong blue, as I wanted a complete colour change I looked to see what was on the market, read lots of mixed reviews on this item, I was worried about damaging my hair too much so I used a very low level developer (6), but even with the low level developer it still lifted the strong blue to be very light, light enough for me to change to red and orange.
