Replacement Bulb For Use With Hand Held Massager Infrarex Light Professional Infrared Massager

The product advertised is "This Product will only fit PM-750 Infrared Heating Device, it is the New Stronger 10W bulb that is designed to work only with 110V power. This bulb with not fit any other device", but what they ship is a 7.5Wbulb with a different socket that doesn't fit exactly that devise. All their packing-slips, etc spell out and show picture of the (useless) 7.5W bulb, to make you believe you ordered the wrong thing. "Not eligible for return". Of course. Direct communication with "Arx medical" went nowhere. What a shame. Had to call Amazon directly. Their "xyz" guarantee took care of it, at least got money back.

I bought this to replace a 10w bulb in another type of hand held infra red device. This bulb does not even fit as the base is much wider than the original bulb. The seller should specify that this does not fit any other device. I ended up throwing it away because it is not worth the cost to send it back.

what I don't like about this item is... although it is pictured as the replacement bulb for ther hand held Massager Infrarex ,(which by the way I bought 3 of) ,I received it today .and guess what ,it is too big for my massager. I looked back here on this site in my account only to find out the seller has made so it cannot returned for refund. !!! not cool … so looks like when the bulbs I do have burn out I will be looking for different infrared lights.

unfortunately it isn't the proper fit for my Infrared Heat Wand.

This bulb does not work with my hand help massager, screw base is too big and they do not have returns to this item. Very sad.
