The knife is surprisingly sharp and the overall quality seems really great! Now I just need to remember to take it everywhere with me! I’m really proud of myself for taking this first step. I think we often get overwhelmed with all the things we could/should be doing to BE BETTER and DO BETTER, but we have to remember that baby steps are the key. I like that they're lightweight and much quieter than metal for on-the-go. I chose this set over others on amazon because it included a variety of utensils (+ a napkin) and the fork specifically has wide spaced tines that are easy to clean, which sounded like a common issue with other wooden utensils.
