I was honestly surprised at how easy this kit made everything. The instructions were super clear, and everything you need is already included, which takes all the guesswork out. The rice came out perfectly fluffy, and the spices were well-balanced—not too overpowering but still full of authentic flavor. Even if you’re not experienced in the kitchen, this kit makes you feel like you know what you’re doing. It saved me time and still delivered restaurant-quality results. The aroma while cooking was amazing, and the final dish tasted just as good as it smelled. I’ll definitely be buying this again. If you want a quick, easy, and delicious biryani without the hassle, this is absolutely worth it!

Delicious, I'm addicted. I like to eat a lot of food and this kit makes that very easy to do. I usually cook two boxes at once and I swap my choice of protein from chicken, lamb, or beef - which is one thing that is so great about these kits - you get the option to swap protein, vegetables, spices, etc. The spice packets that come with, the rice, and the sauce are all amazing. After making this a couple times I now have the hang of it and after the initial rice soak waiting period of about 20 minutes I can cook start to finish everything in about 10 minutes. 2 boxes gives me about 6 meals total, I'm near 200lbs and like to lift weights, walk, job outside, very active. These food kits truly are Royal haha.

Pretty good flavor, will be ordering more. Nice to have on hand. We found it mild. I followed the directions in the box and watched the video on Amazon. Update: Hyderabadi is primary a spicy taste- my favorite is the Lucknowi, which is milder but has more flavor.

Spicy biryani kit that comes with easy instructions. Fair warning that it does take longer to prep than may be expected (especially with the 20-30 min soaking of the rice), but the end result is well worth it. It's also easy to customize the preparation (such as not layering the biryani to save time and adding extra veggies to cut down on the spice level).

it's definitely not an "Instant" 30 minute biryani. It takes work to soak and cook rice separately and layer everything together. However, it takes the guesswork out of flavoring and proportion or spices used in cooking. We didn't find it too hot, but the spices do create an acidic feel in your stomach. Use more rice or yogurt, etc to balance the spices. We won't be buying this again because it possibly contains MSG - Though the product doesn't explicitly list monosodium glutamate (MSG) as a standalone ingredient, the ingredients includes disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate, which are flavor enhancers that work with MSG to enhance taste. There's absolutely no need to include MSG in a flavor rich, slow cooked dish like a biryani. .
