Wish it stayed COLD a little longer but it does the trick (helps to cover it) but very happy with fit, convenience and would purchase again. The material stays flexible in the freezer, easy to put on/off. Much better than trying to balance/wrap an ice pack to the ankle. I wear a size 10 shoe with average ankles I would say. The L/XL is a little loose but still fits.
