After playing briefly, she backs all the way in and goes to sleep for the night. Although I have a cage cover I don’t have to use it because no matter how bright the room is, her hut is sufficiently dark and cozy! She also uses it whenever she wants a daytime nap😴.I’m very happy with the thick flannel material as well as the sturdy construction.Now I’ll tell you how she gave me a fright one morning after using the hut for about a week!!As usual, I went to her cage to say good morning. I figured she ‘slept in’😉 and was inside the hut. Well...no Tinsel inside!! The cage lock was engaged and she was nowhere to be seen, and I’m totally baffled! All of a sudden, from the bottom corner of the hut, out pops her little head as she makes her usual kissy noise. She was ‘hiding’ between the inside floor material and a secondary layer of fabric underneath!!
