El producto es muy bueno, me quedo algo apretado, razón por lo cua lo devolví, sin embargo el proceso del reembolso es al tardado y yo necesito comprar otro calzado pero aún no me hacen la devolución aun y cuando ya recibieron el calzado intacto, tal y como los recibí, pero no entiendo porque se tardan en hacer la devolución, han estado recorriendo fechas y ahora aparece que hay un error en la devolución, es una mala experiencia lo tardado que es recuperar el dinero, espero que ya no demore más.

I own about 5 different merrells and have worn out a few pairs. They are good for over 1000km and I am 6 foot 4 250 pounds and I give my shoes a beating. This particular brand is sturdier and a little stiffer than the rest. Too stiff at first took hundreds of miles/kms just to break them in. Now they are my favorites. I bet they will last twice as long as normal. Really quite an amazing shoe.
