These cases have not unscrewed or come loose. I still have both pairs of my Loops. Choosing the purchase from this company was a great choice. The size is perfect because I attach them to my work lanyard and the other one is attached to my car keys. The tops are easy to put on and take off, but you won't have to worry about them eventually coming loose on their own.
