I have a set of these I use frequently - however recently one I locked and now it will not unlock? Any assistance

We have quite a few of these locks and are beginning to have similar problems. Also do not like the fact they will lock only if the set combination is in place. I will not be purchasing again.

How do you set the combination? Mine didn't come with directions.

When you get your lock it should be set to 0000. When you set it, you flip the switch at the bottom and set the combination to whatever passcode you desire. Then after flip the switch to off and scramble the combo. It should be set from then 😁

Is it a one time set combination? I ask because if its not then anyone can come up and reset the combination making this not secure.

I have no idea. One of the locks I bought was defective, could not be reset. You'll have to ask the seller.

The lock is stuck in the open possition when diliverd how to fix ??

Set all the numbers to zero on the side that has the name Fortlocks on it, also check to see what position the slide is on the off position or set on the bottom of the lock.
