How does the dry erase surface work?

It is perfect for me. Erases perfectly, and I've used it many many times. Any regular dry erase marker works.

I'm so confused. It says post-it easel pad with dry erase board surface. Is this just a pad of paper or is it a dry erase board?

Hello there it's more of a pad paper not a dry board. It's about 20 pages I think. You can rip off the sheets and stick it to the wall if you need to.

Can this serve as a replacement for a regular whiteboard? I want to use it to draw, label, erase, and re-draw anatomical diagrams for studying.

There is a version with a dry erase surface on the side opposite of the side with paper. We use these for training. The dry erase side is a little hard to use when used table top. There isn't enough support to really press and write. And I find that is leaves a bit of ghosting. Good for temp use but not as a replacement for a solid whiteboard.

Is the board magnetic ?
