Alphabeasties Amazing Activity Book

Alphabeasties Amazing Activity Book is perfectly titled - it's AMAZING! Just gave it to my 4.5 year old daughter for Christmas who has been working in it daily ever since. Preschool workbooks or coloring books can be graphically painful. This book is a joy to explore and even more fun to use. Great plays on the shape and use of letters (creating a row of "F's" to make a fence) and words as image (an octopus swimming in an ocean of the words "ocean"). And just tons of cool images created using letters alone (like the giraffe on the cover). Fun stickers in the back get used throughout the book, along with encouragement to "glue in letters from magazines or newspapers" or "draw your own letters to complete the picture." Just a great experiential book for kids, and parents will love it too!

Great book for a first grader. He reads it all the time and has memorized it. He loves all the different typefaces in the book. This is our 2nd book by Werner. We started with Bugs by the Number. Both are fantastic.

This book is so much fun! As a Mom of 2, you'd think I ordered this book for my kids... but I didn't! I bought it for me, just because it's so fun and imaginative ~ I highly recommend it.

Great book with creative lessons and activities. It is a wonderful companion to the Alphabeasties book. My kids are 3 and 5 and we all enjoy it. There are activities for different skill levels.

Got this for my grandson and he loves it. I have erased the alphabet mazes dozens of times and he goes right back to it again and again. He has the Alphabeasties book and puzzle cards as well. Wish there were more of these.

Great design. Fun for kids and their grownups. My daughter loves it, and so does my niece! It's and Abc book, but not babyish at all

I haven't had a look at the book properly yet, but I purchased as a gift for my daughter as it was Hardcover. It's not. Disappointed about that, but I am sure she will love it all the same, albeit with the need to lean on something still!

I love the creativity behind this book. My son enjoys the activities and the graphics are impressive. There are also some cute stickers included.
