I love my pre workout 🏋🏻 I’ve been using Transparent Labs Lean Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. If your goal is body recomposition (building lean muscle while cutting fat), this formula is a great fit. Down 20 pounds First, the energy is smooth and steady. no crash afterward. The caffeine level feels just right, especially if you train early in the morning or after a long day. Second, I love how transparent the label is (true to the name). No proprietary blends, no hidden ingredients, you know exactly what you’re putting in your body. The focus and mental clarity during workouts are noticeable. I feel locked in, especially during strength training sessions. It also mixes well with no clumps, and the flavor is clean not overly sweet or artificial tasting like many other pre-workouts. Worth every penny.

This is one of the cleanest pre-workouts I’ve tried. The flavor is nice and I appreciate that there are no artificial sweeteners. Good product and flavor. It can hurt your stomach if you just start taking it, so make sure you ease into it. It's hard to judge the effectiveness of preworkout supplements but it does feel like I'm not as tired at the end of a wStevie. My only problem is I wish they had a flavor without stevia. Overall it's a good preworkout that boosts my energy level during and after workous.

It tastes great, the powder some times gets into the air when you open the container but otherwise I feel great, no jitters, that only happened after the first two times. I add it to a 24oz bottle and drink it slowly through the first 30mins of my workout. I love it

Good taste. It's on the pricey side, but doesn't give me the aggressive skin tingling that other preworkouts give. Other options I've tried make me sweat immediately and tingle all over. It feels like a more relaxed and firm energy boost than getting hit with a freight train.

This pre-workout powder is clean, effective and has assisted in some of the best workouts I've had. I also love that I'm capable of sleeping well the same night. All other pre-workout I could not sleep well with around 6 hours after use even if I cut doses. Yes the taste/flavor isn't explosive but the product as a whole does what it's supposed to and does it well. Try it.

I tried this on a Friday and I got sick during my workout. Lightheaded, upset stomach. Did not attribute it to the product. Flash forward to Monday and had the same reaction. I will not try it again. I only use 1/2 a scoop, too. I have used their Bulk formula in the past and thought I would switch up and try this Lean formula. My mistake. Every body is different, this stuff may work for others. Won't work for me, trash bound. It does dissolve easily however after sitting for just a few days in the cabinet without the dessicant in the container the formula starts to get hard. Taste is okay. Value? Used about 1 scoop and threw it out, so real poor. ****UPDATE**** I was contacted by the company within 24 hours of my review and they offered and provided me a full refund for this product. This was totally unsolicited on my part, they reached out to me. I certainly appreciate their understanding. I want to thank them for that.
