This pillow has really helped me with my Sleep Apnoea and my shoulder problems. It is very comfortable and the groove at the sides is perfect to place you arm in when you sleep on your side. It provided great neck support and I have definately had a reduction in shoulder pain and incidences of sleep apnoea

I've been using this for about 5 days now and my neck and back pain have already significantly reduced. I am a side sleeper but sometimes wake up on my back and I feel my head and neck are so supported with this pillow. It's hard to explain but it's like it pushes back against my head instead of just sinking. It's great. I'd say I'm still getting used to it, I like to sleep with two pillows so I can have my arm between the two so I've struggled as to where to put my arm, but I feel so much better when I wake up so I'm sticking with it. Also there was no detectable smell to mine when I opened it, as I was worried about that after reading a review here. Well worth the money in my opinion. I used to wake up with headaches a lot. They're gone!

Worthy of a review! I struggle with arthritis in neck and move about most of the night trying to get comfortable - removing all pillows, grabbing another, sitting upright. I have bought the full range of so called orthopaedic pillows. I also get very hot during the night which doesn't help. This pillow has resolved all my issues! It's comfortable whatever position, the right height for me, supportive, cool and easy to remove cover for washing. My neck is comfortable and my arms and hands don't go dead! All in all, excellent 👌
