I’m working out a lot lately and training for a Marathon. I take creatine before and after my workouts. It’s a defo must.

I ordered 2 packs of this brand because my favorite brand was out of stock. Out of 2, 1 jar was completely unusable because it was all stuck in one brick. The other one was fluffy powder as expected. Very disappointing and I just can’t trust the effectiveness of this brand. As we know creatine degrades with humidity and loses it’s potency once mixed or exposed to humidity.

I’ve been using this creatine regularly, and it does exactly what I expected. The powder mixes easily into water or a shake with no clumping or odd taste, which makes it simple to take daily. It’s also nice that it’s unflavored, so I can add it to anything without changing the flavor. In terms of performance, it works as intended. I’ve noticed good recovery after workouts and consistent support for strength and endurance. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-frills product that delivers exactly what it promises. No complaints here.

No after taste and good dollar value

Doesn't desolve all the way seems like there is super tiny abrasive grit. I wonder if it desolves properly in your stomach. Or is it getting caught somewhere in your system?
