Will it pay YouTube videos?

I haven’t tried to play YouTube videos yet

Is it possible to connect it to another speaker?

Yes. There is an earphone/speaker jack on the back of the projector. But I like using 2 small Ultimate Ears speakers which make a Bluetooth connection to either my iPhone or MacBook. That way the speakers aren’t tethered and I don’t have to worry about missing wires. Works great that way for classroom presentations.
