This is a great product as very sturdy and has places for two corner padlocks (you must supply yourself). There are also 2 handles which I bought separate security web band locking straps to wrap around the unit, and another separate purchase cable lock to anchor to the vehicle's seat mount so more difficult to steal. I guess you could alternatively use normal travel luggage, but this unit comes with 2 pieces of foam inside that you can obviously cut to your needs. I had a laptop, ipad, and various other electronics in it using the thinner pad and although I didn't move the case much, had enough items in it as a buffer so no damage to equipment. It might have been nice if the foam weren't 2 flat piences the entire w x l of the inside, but to have maybe multiple more precut sections so if the unit were stood up, could have a precut cushion on the bottom, or a few more flat pieces for the sides rather than having to pick one or the other of the two pads or cut them yourself. I will be using this product going forward for most all my travel, because the wheel wells inside the unit do not protrude much into the storage available as do normal luggage roll arounds. There is also a nice handle with a sturdy press panel that keeps it locked in place securely until you intentionally press on it to release the handle. Will use this on camping trips and potentially airplane travel.

Compré este estuche en 2024 y lo he utilizado durante aproximadamente 2 años para transportar equipos audiovisuales en viajes, rodajes de cine y producciones en diferentes entornos. En general, considero que ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio y una protección más que adecuada para equipos sensibles. Uno de sus mayores beneficios es que puede llevarse como equipaje de mano en cabina de avión, algo muy importante cuando se transportan cámaras, lentes, drones, discos duros u otros equipos de valor que no conviene despachar en bodega. Durante este tiempo lo he utilizado en rodajes de cine independiente en condiciones exigentes, incluyendo selva, páramo y otras locaciones al aire libre. La carcasa se siente resistente y la espuma interior permite organizar y proteger adecuadamente el equipo. Una experiencia que me dio bastante confianza fue cuando el estuche cayó accidentalmente en un charco de agua. Lo saqué de inmediato y comprobé que el interior permaneció completamente seco, por lo que la protección contra el agua cumplió correctamente su función. Comparado con marcas reconocidas como Pelican, me parece una excelente alternativa económica. Evidentemente no alcanza el mismo nivel de acabados o prestigio de las opciones premium, pero en términos de protección ha cumplido muy bien con mis necesidades profesionales. La única razón por la que no le doy una calificación perfecta es porque resulta un poco pesado cuando se transporta durante largos recorridos o en aeropuertos. Aun así, ese peso adicional también transmite una sensación de robustez y protección. Después de aproximadamente dos años de uso, sigue funcionando correctamente y continúa siendo una de mis principales opciones para transportar equipo audiovisual de forma segura.

Would buy this 100 times over! Love this brand and this particular size is great for my family “Bug Out Box” The air valve works great and is very convenient. Latches are easy to use, even with low strength. I think the only thing I’d change is if they offered a customizable plate like they do on their larger cases.

This isn't going to directly complete with the highest quality hard cases on the market, but for an often rebranded generic case, it's really good. I use mine for hauling tools around and it does a great job of moving them around and protecting my gear from the sun and rain.

I use it to hold filming equipment and glad it came with custom gridded foam cutouts, the rolling is solid and the opening hinge action is much smoother than the pelican's version. It doesn't like to sit on its side but I'll take the savings and still great build quality for that compromise.

I bought this case so that I could store away all my emergency tools in my car. All my impacts, sockets, booster pack, hand tools, etc. we’re able to fit in it & comfortably & I am also able to strap it to my roof rack without worrying about any of my tools getting ruined. Competitive pricing & overall a great product.
