What age is this good for

I bought it for my 6 year old grandson & he loves it but his big brother set it up for him.I think any age where the child has computer knowledge would be fine but I think they have to be at least 6 or 7 years old

How small can the strap go? Wondering if it would fit my almost 4 year old.

I don't know yet. This is a Christmas gift for my 7 year old Nephew. I haven't given it to him yet. I will keep you posted.

Is it water resistant? Like can they wash their hands without completely damaging it
