Great fun and excellent value.
Perfect for my 6 yr old grandsons, I don't know why libraries no longer stock them. I read them to my own children and yes, they are a little dated in that mobile phones etc do not feature but that's surely a good thing.Magic doesn't rely on technology!

Keeps confident young readers glued to it
Bought a bundle of books for a 7y/o after reading one from the library. Good, well liked reads, full of adventure and mischief. Use of words 'stupid' and 'idiot' are too frequent for my personal liking. Otherwise, happy with this choice for bed-time and independent reading for Y2 (KS1) pupil.

Daughter had read the first book so was after the series. Great value box set and nice to have as collection. Very happy child

My kids love these stories
Both my kids love me reading these books to them. She 6 boy and 9 girl. But are equally good for them to read to themselves. Make sure you read them in order as the list inside the front cover is not the correct order.
