I tried all the available different soya milk from supermarkets and didn't like the taste and quality of any. I tried a soya latte in Starbucks and enjoyed it. I noticed that they were using "Alpro for professionals"; I then tried to obtain from my supermarket without success. Searching the internet I found this was available on Amazon. It is great for my latte made on my home Gaggia, providing high quality micro foam and a great taste. I am now on my third order of 12 litres, it’s long life milk.
