The technology has great potential but the backup support from Matricom is lacking. They have now stopped the automatic updating by withdrawing their latest firmware upgrade which left my box unusable. After messing around and reverting back to the old firmware I can use the box but there are still a lot of bugs in the old version ...which is probably why they wanted to upgrade it. Matricom website doesn't provide any indication of the problems or when they might be resolved which doesn't bode well.I also bought the Xstreamtec air mouse which packed up after a couple of weeks and now won't do anything.....and try and find any website from the manufacturer or anyone who can help! Nothing....absolutely nothing all across the Internet. As I said the device has great potential so I'm sticking with it but those who want a plug and play better loom elsewhere. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Avoid *by R***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2017* I fought with this product for months - the apps are not TV optimised and hard to control, the pre-installed version of Kodi is old, the remote control range is limited, the interface could be so much better, it didn't sleep or wake up properly, it applied an update which I had to roll back due to instability and lately it can't connect to the update server.
