Unfortunately, there were two issues with this product. I went to hook them up and found that it was missing the splitter so they could not use the mic portion. I contacted customer service and they said that they would refund me $4 for my inconvenience and that I should just go buy a splitter… As in, make-an-additional-purchase-for-something-that-should-have-came-with-the-original-product. So, before accepting the refund offer, I went to an electronics big box store to purchase a splitter and they were $8 each. (Keep in mind that I need two of these, which is $16 + tax, which is now the cost of these headphones.) The second issue, and more important one, is that I’m only getting sound out of the left earpiece. Which might explain the rattle I hear in the right earpiece. Needless to say, I’m returning the headsets.
