I’m beyond frustrated. I was so excited to revisit my favorite childhood games, but this device is a total paperweight. To make matters worse, the sellers are completely MIA. They’re quick to take your money but provide zero support when the product doesn't function. Save your cash and skip this—it’s a broken product from an even worse company.

The game system works, however we reach a wall when we have a glitch in one of the games that doesn’t allow the game to exit at that point. I got frustrated and didn’t know what to do because there’s no instructions in the manual that they had to exit a game. If you can’t exit out of it there was no way around it so I disconnected the hard drive from the computer without ejecting it first and now all it does is repeat the loading screen multiple times.
