sorry Andrea i cant remember. i had a look at my browsing history and these pens are laid side by side even though the picture does state with rotating stand?

is it possible to buy refill for these pens? Or does Amazon (or other seller) has any gel pen that is refillable?

Try the Pentel retractable gel pens. Excellent quality and you can buy a box of refills (x10). The pens are more expensive but they are sturdy so buying refills make them more attractively priced. Amazon do pack of 5 pens but BLACK only. If you require Blue, you would probably have to go to the PENTEL site or another large office stationery supplier.
