After seeing a few people recommend the Ladbrooke brand soil blockers, I decided to make the investment. I was not disappointed! My first round has been a success (minus my cat attempting to walk across them 🫠). I opted to use a high quality organic potting soil that I sifted through 1/4” hardware cloth to remove any larger chunks. It was rather easy. I have no doubt this will last a lifetime with proper care and cleaning. I’m excited to use less plastic as well as have healthier more robust transplants!Note regarding the seller: there was a one off issue when I ordered and my package didn’t ship on time. After requesting a refund from Amazon, I was looking at other options for ordering. Well a week later a package arrived on my doorstep. To my disbelief it was this soil blocker. Enclosed was a handwritten thank you note from the owner apologizing for the misstep and telling me to keep the soil blocker on them. Wow, just wow! It is rare you find this level of customer service yet alone someone owning up to human error and making it right. I’ll absolutely order from them again!
