For reference I am 5'7'' and weigh 210 pounds, so I'm aware that I am overweight. I ordered the XL because the majority of the time it fits well, and rarely I feel it is too big. However, it is quite snug for my personal comfort where if I were too weigh 190 pounds I believe it would be a perfect fit for myself. I am considering exchanging the item for a XXL, or buying an XXL. However it's still summer, and cold weather is still a while away so I've decided to make it a goal for myself to reach a point where I can where it without feeling embarrassed of my shape. The tightness of the turtleneck is snug, but the materials is slippery. This could also be due to me having stubble and not being clean shaven. I'd have to pull it over my nose and ears and cut holes for eyes if I want it to stay put.
