Fresh Carrot Juice.
It was exactly what I was looking for.

Decent juice (I tried both carrot and beet) if you donโt mind the taste of vitamin C.
Both the beer and carrot juice contain the โacid regulatorโ ascorbic acid, otherwise known as citric acid or vitamin C. This is often used as a preservative in โorganicโ foods, and I am skeptical that this product uses it for any other purpose than to increase shelf life. In fact, I donโt think itโs particularly honest to say that citric acid is used to regulate the acidity of the juice. Our diets are too acidic as it is, so adding acid (sorry, โregulatingโ acid) doesnโt provide a health benefit as this implies. Finally, the taste is rather like carrot-lemon or beet-lemon juice. The citric acid overpowers the carrot flavor more than the beet flavor, but it is quite noticeable in both. If thatโs what you like, all well and good. Iโd it isnโt, I suggest looking for a brand that doesnโt add citric acid.

Delicious and fresh
This organic carrot juice is delicious and fresh. It is 99% carrot juice with citric acid as an acid regulator. It has a good, natural flavor. I tastes great as is and even better when ice-cold. This comes in a glass bottle, packaged a heavy-duty, custom bubble bag. Overall, I'm really pleased with the quality and taste of this carrot juice. All-natural flavor and fresh. I would recommend it. Good product.

Tastes disgusting
Did you want some carrot juice with that citric acid? The product tastes nothing like carrot juice. Also, it's pasteurized which removed a lot of health benefits. Do not be fooled by the organic label. The juice has been tampered with after its organic growth. It is no longer organic juice, they are selling the label and killing the quality. They might as well have added in all the synthetic pesticides. -my fault, I should have read the entire label but I was fooled by the organic label. I'd never to business with this company again.

Very sour
Supposedly this is just organic carrot juice with a small amount of added citric acid as a preservative. But it really tastes closer to carrot juice with lemon. It's very sour. So either they added a ton of citric acid, or there is also lemon juice in this blend. It tastes very good, though, like a carrot lemonade almost. It's refreshing, but a bit strange when you are expecting the fresh mild sweetness of pure carrot juice. I like that it's certified organic. Overall - it's good if you like very tangy carrot juice. I personally, would rather get refrigerated carrot juice that is mellow and naturally sweet. This is enjoyable, but it doesn't hold up to the fresh "flash pasteurized" refrigerated stuff in my opinion.

Fresh Carrots
If you like fresh carrot juice, this is the next best thing. It definitely has that fresh carrot flavor that is so refreshing when served ice cold. Also good in smoothies and even chai. Just the right amount of sweetness, and a wonderful bright orange color. Not everyone has the space for a big juicing machine, and having this bottled carrot juice is a big convenience.

The juice failed the taste test. The carrot juice just didnโt have the typical carrot flavor to it.
The carrot juice tasted a bit citrusy as if the juice contained some lemon juice.

Punchy taste
I'm not sure I'd make a habit of drinking this straight, it has a pretty punchy flavor, likely thanks to the citric acid. Diluting it at least 1:1 with water makes it a little more palatable for drinking plain, though it still has an acidic aftertaste that sticks with you. It almost tastes like tomato juice, but you can definitely taste the carrot. But because of that, I think it would make a good addition to soups to add some acidity and tanginess to the broth. It'd probably be good to add to marinades, or to smoothies too, so long as you don't add so much that it becomes overpowering. I'm waiting on a new blender and may give that a try once it arrives.
