NOTE: the frame is very high, so mounted to a normal 8 foot ceiling with the shortest chains it hung way too low. I made a bracket with a couple of bolts, , mounted the bracket as high between the rafters of my unfinished basement, and mounted the light by putting the bolts directly on the rings at the top of the frame where the chain is supposed to go and threw the chains away. If you have much higher ceiling were you are going to mount it, it would be OK to mount as it was intended.
