This is suitable for my tower hydroponics net cups. I have not tried it as yet though my research strongly suggest that it is better than my synthetic sponges.

Great set up for seeding...too bad there is not a plastic tray to put the cubes in that's included.

The plastic trays crack easily.

Compared to other Rockwool cubes that I have used these are better. Make sure you use gloves when cutting them and working with them. They didn’t fall apart like some of the other ones that I have used. I do hydroponic gardening so they come in very handy. I also grow vegetable plants from seed and sell them every spring. So far I’m happy with them.

Rock wool exactly as expected and continues to perform. Trays were old and cracked immediately. Provide your own trays

Not having a lid or dome is an interesting choice. The cubes seemed sterile. For some reason, I have visibly worse germination rates than other brands. They seem to dry out faster than typical rockwool as well.

So glad to add this to my planting arsenal. Good quality trays.
